How to Track My Order?

How Long Does It Take for an Order to Be Shipped?

Total Waiting Time = Order Processing Time + Logistics Delivery Time

Order Processing

All orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping is only available from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Logistics Delivery

Once your order is dispatched from the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The standard international delivery time is 2-3 weeks.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You may request to cancel your order at any time before it starts processing, and a full refund will be credited back to your account within 1-3 business days.

Cancellations are not possible if your order has entered the processing or shipping stage. If you insist on canceling a processed but unshipped order, a 15% restocking fee of the total order amount will be charged.
