After shipment, the system will automatically send a shipping notification email containing your tracking number. You may also use our official tracking link to check your parcel status anytime.

Total waiting time = order processing time + international delivery time

Order Processing: Standard orders will be processed within 1 business day. Shipments are dispatched Monday to Friday. No shipments on public holidays.

Logistics & Delivery: Once goods leave our warehouse, an email with the tracking code will be sent automatically. Standard delivery to Taiwan takes approximately 3–5 days. International standard delivery takes about 2–3 weeks.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we provide international shipping to all countries around the globe.

A unique tracking number will be provided for every parcel and sent to you via email.

Free cancellation is available before your order enters processing. A full refund will be returned to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.

Once order processing has started or the package has been shipped, direct cancellation is not available.

What payment methods are supported?

We use PayPal encrypted payment gateway for safe and convenient checkout. You may pay with your PayPal account, or pay directly by credit card on the PayPal page.

Can I pay with credit or debit card?

Yes. At checkout, click the PayPal payment button and select “Pay with Credit or Debit Card” to complete your transaction.
